I was born in 1965 in a small town in the centre of the Netherlands . And my first musical memory was when sgt Pepper came out , and two of my aunts , who still lived at my grandparents , went completely hysterical . When I was 7 , my parents send me to a music school for some basic musical education ( 1 hour a week ) , and when I was 9 I started with guitar . The first years I only played classical stuff , but when I was 14 I also started to play popular music .
At the age of 17 I lost the ring finger of my right hand with a stupid accident , and I didn't play for 10 years . When I started again , I started first with a classical guitar ... but soon I changed it for an electric guitar . Nowadays I play mostly on big jazzers .
Last 1 1/2 years I have been using the internet a lot for my collaborations . And I have played with some great musicians and wonderfull singers ... and ven better ; made some wonderfull friends .
